Cylinder Filling Staion
This is a typical industrial gas filling station. It features Zoiun's cryogenic centrifugal pumps to load liquid oxygen, nitrogen, and argon into cryogenic storage tanks. Our cryogenic reciprocating pumps then boost the pressure of these cryogenic liquids and transfer them to ambient air vaporizers. After vaporization, the gases are channeled into a manifold and subsequently filled into gas cylinders.
LNG Regas Station
The equipment for the LNG regas station is supplied by Zoiun and primarily includes LNG ambient air vaporizers and pressure regulating devices. Liquid natural gas flows from the storage tank into the ambient air vaporizer for regasification. During this process, the gas pressure is relatively high and is reduced to the appropriate level by the pressure regulation system. To ensure continuous operation, the system is typically equipped with two lines, with one serving as one backup.
Gas Filling Manifold
This gas filling manifold is a component of the gas filling station. To meet specific customer requirements, we also offer the option to produce standalone gas filling manifolds. These manifolds are equipped with high-pressure safety valves, ball valves, pressure gauges, as well as filling hoses and stainless steel or brass piping to accommodate various gas specifications.
Regasfication Skid
The regasification skid is a compact version of a natural gas regasification station, typically integrating a short ambient air vaporizer and a pressure regulation system into on single skid. Customers simply connect it to the LNG tanker and then the using gas pipelines for operation.
