The Ambient Air Vaporizer (AAV) manufactured by Zoiun Fluid & Gas , also known as the Ambient Vaporizer, is used to vaporize cryogenic gases at extremely low temperatures, converting them back into gas form, such as LNG, LN2, LO2, LH2, LCO2 and others. It is composed of aluminum alloy finned tubes with stainless steel liners inside, capable of withstanding pressures from 0 to 100 MPa or even higher. Its operation is very environmentally friendly, requiring no additional energy and utilizing only ambient heat to vaporize cryogenic liquids.

Step 1 Process Control

 

The production department issues approved product drawings and technical documents to the vaporizer workshop for manufacturing after verification.

Step 2 Raw Material Procurement

 

The procurement department purchases materials according to the comprehensive material list for Ambient Air Vaporizer production. Incoming materials undergo inspection and retesting of appearance, dimensions, and chemical composition. Only materials approved by the quality control department are signed into inventory.

Step 3 Production Process Control

 

The workshop retrieves materials from the warehouse based on Ambient Air Vaporizer production documents, product drawings, and the material list. Manufacturing strictly follows these specifications, with detailed recording on process flow cards.

Step 4 Welding Quality Control

 

The quality department inspects all weld appearances and conducts dye penetrant testing for every butt weld. Results must comply with both enterprise standards and national regulations. Only after issuing a qualification report can the product proceed to the next stage.

Step 5 Pressure and Leak Testing

 

Upon completion of the Ambient Air Vaporizer, the workshop submits a test request to the quality department. Inspectors perform pressure and leak tests, then issue test reports.

Step 6 Final Inspection and Storage

 

After passing final inspection per company standards, the Ambient Air Vaporizer is installed with nameplates and transferred to storage.
