What is LN2 Ambient Vaporizer?
An LN2 ambient vaporizer is a device that uses the heat from the surrounding air to vaporize liquid nitrogen (LN2). This is done by passing the LN2 through a series of finned tubes that are exposed to the ambient air. The heat from the air is absorbed by the fins, which vaporizes the LN2. The gaseous nitrogen is then released from the vaporizer and can be used for a variety of purposes.
As the liquid nitrogen absorbs heat, it undergoes a phase change from liquid to gas, and the resulting nitrogen gas is then available for use. The vaporizer ensures that the nitrogen gas is produced at a controlled and consistent rate, depending on the application's requirements.
What Is Possible Capacity Of A Single LN2 Ambient Vaporizer?
As a single, natural-draft LN2 ambient vaporizer, the vaporization capacity can range from 10 normal cubic meters to 16,000 normal cubic meters, but the specific capacity should be selected based on the actual on-site requirements. For instance, for a small nitrogen cylinder filling station, a vaporizer with a capacity of 500 normal cubic meters per hour would be sufficient.
