The Zoiun-built ambient air vaporizers of liquid CO2 utilize natural convection of air to convert carbon dioxide from its liquid state. Anodized and finned aluminum pipes extract thermal energy from the surrounding air and transfer it to the liquid inside the pipes, facilitating the conversion of liquid CO2 back into gaseous form. Our equipment is constructed in strict accordance with industry standards to meet various applications, including high-pressure or corrosive conditions.

Technical Requirements：

Our Ambient Air Vaporizers of Liquid CO2 are designed in compliance with various design codes, including Chinese GB, ASME, AD MERKBALTTER, PD 5500, CODAP 2000, and others. They are engineered to operate within a design pressure under 24 Bar and can withstand extreme temperatures from -35°C to -45°C and even lower. With a volume capacity ranging from 50 Nm3 to 4000 Nm3 per hour, our vaporizers efficiently vaporize gas for a wide range of applications.

To ensure uninterrupted operation, our vaporizers can work continuously for 4 to 8 hours. Alternatively, they can be paired up in a standby configuration, allowing for seamless switching between units to ensure 24/7 operation. This design feature guarantees reliable and uninterrupted performance, maintaining process continuity and stability.
