The Zoiun-made Containerized Ambient Air Vaporizer is an integrated solution built upon a 20GP container frame, housing an ambient air vaporizer within.

As we know, an ambient air vaporizer is equipment that converts cryogenic liquids-such as liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, liquid argon, or liquid natural gas-into their gaseous state by exchanging heat with the surrounding environment.

This specific project features four 2000 Nm³/h vaporizers, each designed for a pressure of 150 bar (approximately 2050 PSIG).

These units are dedicated to vaporizing liquid nitrogen for pipeline pressure testing and pipeline purging tasks. The project is located in Gansu Province, China.

Design & Manufacturing Standard Options

This equipment isn't limited to land-based operations; it can also be designed and manufactured to meet maritime requirements for sea transport or direct offshore operations. We can apply for relevant marine or shipping certifications, such as DNV or BV, for waterway use. The integrated container frame eliminates the need for separate container loading, allowing the unit to be directly shipped by sea.

The Containerized Ambient Air Vaporizer, which combines a standard container frame with an ambient air vaporizer, offers significant advantages. Not only does this design streamline transportation, allowing it to be securely mounted onto any standard flatbed truck using built-in twist locks, but it also provides clients with exceptional operational mobility. Units can be easily transported to any job site where gas supply is needed.

This particular ambient air vaporizer design differs from conventional models. While traditional vaporizers are typically vertical with tall fin profiles, this containerized version features shortened fins to fit within the container frame's dimensions.

This requires cutting and using more material, leading to a corresponding increase in cost. However, the fins are arranged horizontally, which significantly enhances resistance to vibration and wind, making the unit exceptionally stable.
