A cryogenic vaporizer is a heat exchange device that converts ultra-low temperature liquids (typically below -150°C) into gas, ensuring the outlet temperature meets downstream equipment requirements.
Zoiun offers two primary types: Ambient Air Vaporizers (AAV), which utilize ambient air for heat exchange, and Electric Heated Vaporizers, which use direct electrical heating or hot water circulation.
This section focuses specifically on our Ambient Air Vaporizers (AAV).
Our cryogenic vaporizers are high-efficiency heat exchangers constructed from welded aluminum star-shaped finned tubes. The oversized fins maximize the absorption of solar and ambient thermal energy, transferring it to the cryogenic liquid for vaporization.
This process requires zero external power, making it an eco-friendly and energy-saving solution.
