Cryogenic Liquid Cylinder Ambient Vaporizer
The Zoiun V40 model cryogenic liquid cylinder ambient vaporizer is specifically designed for vaporizing cryogenic liquids from cylinders, particularly for liquid natural gas. It effectively addresses gas supply issues in remote residential areas and even for commercial establishments like restaurants and hotels.
Depending on the specific operating conditions, the V40 can be scaled to various sizes. It can be directly mounted onto a cylinder or placed independently, occupying minimal space.
Simply connect the ambient vaporizer to the liquid cylinder. Open the cylinder's liquid outlet valve to allow the cryogenic liquid to flow into the vaporizer for evaporation. Zoiun's vaporizer efficiently ensures consistent gas output volume and temperature, making it convenient for customer applications.

For practical applications, our cryogenic liquid cylinder ambient vaporizers are available with standard vaporization capacities of 20 Nm³/h, 50 Nm³/h, and 100 Nm³/h. Of course, custom capacities can also be ordered.
Our standard models are typically in stock for immediate purchase and delivery, primarily meeting domestic GB standards. Other international standards would require custom production.These vaporizers are versatile, handling pressures up to 40 bar (or 600 PSIG).
Each unit undergoes thorough degreasing and cleaning to ensure suitability for use with natural gas and even oxygen.
All units are properly labeled and stamped with factory inspection marks.
You can also customize your unit with additional valves and accessories to meet specific operating conditions, and even opt for a lined steel pipe for high-pressure requirements.
