Low pressure cryogenic vaporizer stands for fin-tubed vaporizers that work to regasify the cryogenic liquid back to its gaseous state, at a pressure normally lower than 20 bar.

Zoiun's low pressure vaporizers are equipped with high-quality finned tubes, and all welds undergo rigorous testing to ensure zero leakage. Since the operating pressure is typically below 20 bar, the aluminum finned tubes can easily handle this pressure, eliminating the need for an internal steel lining.

This omission removes the need for expansion tube processes and avoids potential misalignment between the internal and external tubes, making the production process more streamlined and efficient.

Over the past ten years, there has been a significant surge in the demand for liquefied natural gas (LNG). As an essential energy source, LNG undergoes a process that reduces the volume of natural gas by almost 600 times through liquefaction. This dramatic reduction makes LNG much easier, more efficient, and practical to transport and store.

Once liquefied, the gas is shipped overseas and stored in insulated tanks at receiving terminals. At these terminals, LNG is reheated and converted back into natural gas before it is distributed to the local market.

Thus, to fulfill both present and future global energy needs, importing LNG via regasification terminals is of paramount importance.
