Our centrifugal pumps are mostly stationary on the ground for transferring liquid cryo gases to the tank car or offloading them from the trailer. Selecting the right centrifugal pump can be complex, but you can always trust Zoiun Fluid & Gas. We take into account different liquids, flow rates, and discharge pressures under various customer application conditions to calculate the required actual power for pump selection. We primarily recommend pumps with a 22 kW motor. Although the rated power is slightly higher than that of a 15 kW motor, it can handle LN2, LO2, and LAr effectively. Argon, being denser and heavier per unit volume, requires more power at the same pressure compared to the other two air gases. A 15 kW motor might be insufficient, but a 22 kW motor can provide the necessary power, ensuring stable system operation.

Additionally, when selecting our pumps, we choose variable frequency drive (VFD) motors. This allows our centrifugal pumps to operate at different speeds, providing a broader range of operational options and enabling us to achieve various flow rates and head pressures.
