Overview of Zoiun's Centrifugal Pump for Cryogenic Gas
Zoiun's centrifugal pumps are specifically designed for unloading or loading cryogenic gases from storage tanks or tankers, suitable for liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, liquid oxygen, and liquefied natural gas. Typically, these centrifugal pumps are installed on the ground. To meet customer needs for space and usability on-site, we have adopted a simple yet practical design, reducing the pump's weight and size, making it ideal for use in smaller spaces. Compared to traditional coupling structures, the direct-drive pump is lighter, further enhancing operational convenience.
With the impeller and motor on the same shaft, Zoiun's centrifugal pump features low noise levels. Additionally, the use of a variable frequency motor allows us to easily adjust the speed according to flow and pressure requirements, thereby meeting various operational conditions.

Our cryogenic centrifugal pumps offer multiple sealing options to address different pressure requirements. For instance, lip seals, known for their high cost-effectiveness, are suitable for suction pressures below 4 bar, offering long service life and affordability. For suction pressures exceeding 6 bar, mechanical seals are required, which are more expensive but more suitable. In air separation processes, nitrogen seals are mandatory, which require nearly 0 maintenance for 24-hour-by-7-day using but have the highest cost.
