Core Gases Acquires Cobourg Welding Supply
Core Gases, an independent industrial gas distributor in Ontario, Canada, recently acquired Cobourg Welding Supply, a company specializing in welding equipment and industrial gases.
This acquisition will strengthen Core Gases' presence in eastern Ontario. The company now operates four facilities across the province, with its headquarters in Ajax. Core Gases aims to provide a full range of industrial and specialty gases, alongside top-tier service.
Ben Ciceri, CEO of Core Industrial Gases, stated that Cobourg Welding Supply's values align with those of Core Gases, and he welcomed their team to the organization. He added, "Cobourg Welding Supply earned the trust of its customers by remaining local, responsive, and providing expert support."
