1. When using corrosive solution and evaporating corrosive solution, the heating pipe of multi-effect evaporator shall be made of specified materials or lined with corrosion-resistant materials. If the solution is not afraid of pollution, it can also be used to directly heat the multi-effect evaporator.
2. The viscosity and viscosity variation range of solution are important factors for selection during the evaporation process of multi-effect evaporator.
3. There is solution precipitated by crystal. When the crystals in the solution are separated, the external heating evaporator or forced circulation evaporator shall be used.
4. Thermal stability of solution. After heating for a long time, it is easy to evaporate and decompose. When the scaling solution needs to be evaporated, the evaporator with less retention and short retention time should be used.
5. The amount of solution and the amount of solution should be considered. When the heat transfer surface is greater than 10, it is recommended not to use a scraper to stir the multi-effect evaporator. When the heat transfer area is greater than 20, the multi-effect evaporator can be used.
6. For the solution that is easy to expand, no matter which solution is evaporated, if it is used for a long time after evaporation, there will always be dust on the heat exchange surface. Because the thermal conductivity of the scaling layer is small, it is necessary to select a multi-effect evaporator. The solution that is easy to clean and has fast solution circulation speed is easy to scale.
7. It is easy to blister. When the foaming solution evaporates, a large number of overlapping layers will be produced. The foam that will not break easily fills the whole separation chamber, that is, the steam from the multi effect evaporator is discharged twice, which not only loses materials, but also pollutes and condenses.
