When using the multi-effect evaporator, it should be noted that if the temperature continues to rise, first check whether the vacuum is tripped, then check whether the condensate is not discharged, and then check whether the steam pressure rises suddenly and whether it may leak. Stop and maintain pressure to identify the problem. Its top heater shall be equipped with safety valve. The steam pressure in the top heater shall not exceed 0.01Mpa. Check whether the safety valve often fails. Don't be careless. In any case, the steam valve shall be closed when stopping. When the evaporator circulating pump stops due to fault, the steam shall be shut down immediately. This product operates by connecting multiple evaporators.


The secondary steam generated by evaporation in the former evaporator is used as the heating steam of the latter evaporator. Therefore, it is natural to reuse heat energy many times and significantly reduce heat consumption. Multi-effect evaporator can also be used for large-scale industrial production. Usually, it needs to evaporate a lot of water, which requires a lot of energy to heat water to generate steam. In order to reduce the consumption of heating steam, multi-effect evaporation can be used. During the actual use of multi-effect evaporator, pay attention to the pressure stability and frequent observation of multi-effect evaporator; The vacuum degree and temperature meet the requirements, especially under the condition of negative pressure operation. If any fluctuation is found, find out the reason immediately.


Adjust the discharge valve of the multi-effect evaporator to make the discharge specific gravity meet the requirements and measure it regularly. When the equipment is unstable, it should be measured frequently; Under normal circumstances, there should not be too many changes; When the temperature rises rapidly, it immediately closes the steam valve to check whether the vacuum pump trips. If yes, close the inlet valve of the vacuum pump. If there is no jump, check the status and wait for the temperature to drop before starting. In addition, we also need to adjust the feed valve to stabilize the liquid level in the middle of the mirror. Vacuum pump, circulating pump and condensate pump operate normally.


It should also be noted here that if the temperature continues to rise, first check whether the vacuum of the multi-effect evaporator trips, then check whether the condensate has not been discharged, and there is no problem. Check whether the steam pressure suddenly rises, and whether it may leak. It is recommended that you stop and maintain pressure to identify the problem. If the temperature of multi-effect evaporator rises rapidly, close the steam valve immediately to see if it trips. If yes, close the intake valve. If there is no jump, check the status and wait for the temperature to drop.
