What does an Ambient Vaporizer look like ?

The primary material of the vaporizer is actually an anodized aluminum profile, which can be oxidized to its natural aluminum color or to black. The black oxidation enhances heat absorption under sunlight and improves its heat transfer capacity. This profile is equipped with fins, resembling a downward-press CPU cooler, with the fins expanding in a star-shaped pattern outward, while a straight tube runs through the center.

How are these finned tubes connected?

The star-shaped fins are securely fixed to each other through connecting pieces, forming a stable structure that prevents movement and deformation. The end of the pipeline is connected through bent tubes, creating a unified vaporization system. The low-temperature liquid flows through the pipeline and is vaporized by the heat from the fins and the pipeline.
