Air Liquide (Beijing) Gas Co., Ltd. was established on April 14, with Chen Xiyu as its legal representative and a registered capital of RMB 80 million. Its business scope includes the manufacturing of basic chemical raw materials, import and export of goods and technology, and sales of chemical products. Shareholder information indicates that the company is wholly owned by Air Liquide (China) Holding Co., Ltd.
