Zoiun's LNG regasification skids feature a modular design, standardizing all skid dimensions of 20 or 40 ft. This allows for the easy integration of regasification plant equipment onto the skid, according to customized client requirements. This design facilitates mobile operations and eliminates the need for on-site construction by the client. These regasification skids possess all the functions of a regasification plant, including LNG offloading and boosting, regasification, pressure regulation, and metering.

Regarding operation, clients can choose between fully automatic or manual control based on their needs and cost considerations. The fully automatic option minimizes on-site operations, with all functions automatically performed once connections are properly established.

Comprised of

The LNG regasification skid primarily features a 2000 Nm³/hr ambient air vaporizer (AAV) for LNG regasification. The outlet gas temperature can approach ambient temperature. If extremely cold weather is a concern, an auxiliary heater can be integrated to increase the outlet gas temperature.  Other auxiliary components include pressure regulating valves, cryogenic valves, turbine flowmeters, cryogenic pipelines, and various sensors.
