Why is the regasification unit? A regasification unit does not refer to a single type of equipment, but a collection of various essential equipment that constitutes the regasification process. Most of these regasification process equipment are used in LNG regasification plant in China.

With the rapid development of clean energy worldwide, the use of natural gas has become increasingly common. Natural gas regasification plants, therefore, play a particularly important role in urban industrial production and daily life. Natural gas has become a ubiquitous energy source indispensable to both industry and daily life. In China, it has even overtaken combustible energy sources like gasoline, coal, and coal gas to occupy a dominant position among conventional energy sources.

Natural gas is transported between cities mainly in two forms: gaseous and liquid. However, the transportation of gaseous natural gas requires massive pipelines and infrastructure support, which makes it unfit to be a mainstream method. In contrast, the transportation of liquefied natural gas (LNG) is much more convenient – it can be easily transported using cryogenic tank trucks, with the only requirement being that the LNG is delivered to designated regasification plants locally.

Since natural gas is used in its gaseous form, it needs to be converted back to gas by local regasification plants using regasification units before being distributed to end-users, such as urban pipe networks, industrial zones, and even natural gas-fired power plants.

Electrical Heater: In frigid conditions where vaporizers face limitations, the electrical heater steps in, regulating gas temperature to maintain consistent, efficient operation.
