The Argon Cylinder Filling Pump Package is an integrated gas cylinder filling system equipped with 24 argon‑filling units. It supports filling of both 40L and 50L gas cylinders, featuring fast and stable filling performance. It is integrated with functions of pump stop upon over‑pressure and prohibition of startup under insufficient pre‑cooling. The complete unit consists of a cryogenic reciprocating pump, various valves, filling manifolds, ambient‑air vaporizer and variable‑frequency control cabinet.

Design

1. This design is well‑proven and mature. Its integrated construction facilitates transportation; the whole package can be easily delivered by flatbed truck and put into service right after arrival on‑site. On‑site welding, pipe routing and other related works are eliminated, which saves project lead‑time and on‑site construction costs.

2. This equipment is not only applicable to argon filling, but also suitable for other industrial gases such as oxygen and nitrogen. All pipelines have undergone degreasing treatment to ensure safety during oxygen service operation.

3. Such Argon Cylinder Filling Pump Packages can be customized according to different customer requirements. For high‑flow‑rate applications, additional filling kits can be added, and overall dimensions can be adjusted based on the quantity of cylinders to be filled, delivering great flexibility, and vice versa.
